Sewing Essentials

I only recommend the tools that have earned a permanent spot on my sewing table. These are my absolute must-haves for a smooth creative process.

Fiskars Rotary Cutter – Makes cutting fabric a breeze

Self-Healing Cutting Mat – You’ll need one if using a rotary cutter.

Brother Serger 1034D – I have used this machine for 8 years. Easy to use and works great.

Sewing Clips – Whenever possible I prefer these over pins

Fiskars Fabric Scissors – I’ve only ever used Fiskars

Sewing Pins Flat Head – I prefer these because they are easier to handle and they don’t roll.

Amazon Basics Printing Paper – If you’re buying patterns online you’ll need to print them. Some people use a printing shop but i’m more of a DIY.
